Volumes can range from as low as 500 units per set-up to hundreds of thousand depending upon the needs of their customer.

Alloys presently pressure cast are to BS 1004A and BS1004B:

• Mazak 3 (ZA3)
• Mazak 5 (ZA5)

The applications again are very varied and in many instances some aesthetic requirement has been included - either undertaken within the comprehensive Hi-Finish facility or third party managed for the customer, all part of the total customer service provided.

Quality, as within all factions of the business, remains the key aspect of requirement from this process environment.  The ability to further process castings, whether by machining, plating, or assembling is a key differentiator fo the business.

In certain customer instances the total supply chain route is managed by the business making life that much easier for the customer to concentrate on their own business competencies.
