Hi-finish Casting Ltd has the capability to process higher volume standard polishing work on their 44 station Uniflex automatic polishing machine. This application is particularly useful for non complex work requiring uniform polishing in preparation for a secondary surface coating process.

 
Ideally suited for volume related work this process offers a consistent and reliable method of polishing components.

Conventional “de burring” and polishing is also undertaken through vibratory processing utilizing plastic or ceramic stones cycled within a plastic coated steel bowl. Various drying processes can follow this method of processing in producing a component free from burrs and sharp edges. Again a range of materials are processed through this method.
