With a wide range of auxiliary polishing and linishing equipment available we can produce high surface finishes in readiness for surface plating processes or other coating requirements e.g. wet paint, where the high skills applied through this process area contribute greatly to the final product quality and visual appearance.

For products requiring an extremely high level of surface quality from our plating processes we undertake “Nickel” polishing processing by our skilled operators offering a mirror finish requirement in readiness for either use as a nickel based product or for final processing through our plating facilities.

A number of these polishing / linishing processes are carried out within specific manufacturing cells others within a specific cell area which would include nickel polishing.
